Note from asker:
Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : "complaint" is a stage BEFORE filing of charges (US) prosecution (UK) // OK, would be understood in US but in UK this would cause confusion - I will change to "neutral" as asker did not make it clear whether US or UK English was required

There's a difference between "complaint" (denuncia), and "formal complaint" which means it has been filed in court by the prosecution//The text clearly states: "...su traducción es para Estados Unidos"

prosecution

if you want UK English
Peer comment(s):

neutral Flavio Posse : The very first line states: "El texto es español y su traducción es para Estados Unidos". I could disagree here, but I choose not to. I think that the asker, or anyone else, may benefit from both versions. A neutral comment is enough....catch my drift?

You are 100% correct - it is for US - I read it all too quickly and overlooked this!

court order of indictment

"auto" is the court order.
"imputación" in this case is indictment, and the "judicial" is already reflected when you say "court" order.

agree Terejimenez : exacto
